Neon Nomad Terms & Conditions

In short: Neon Nomad is free to play for fun. Play fair, keep names friendly, and don’t try to break or cheat the game. The Game is intended for users aged 13 and over.

1. Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Neon Nomad mobile game (the “Game”) published by Nevronus Systems (“Nevronus”, “we”, “us”), Dhaka, Bangladesh. By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

2. Audience and age

The Game is intended for users aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children. You are responsible for your own use of the Game, including any decision to sign in to Google Play Games and appear on the online Top Scores board.

3. Licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

  • copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the Game, except where the law allows it;
  • sell, rent, or commercially exploit the Game or its content;
  • remove copyright or licence notices.

4. Free game, no purchases

The Game is free and contains no in-app purchases. The only ads are optional rewarded videos (double coins after a run, or one “continue” per run after a bump) that a player chooses to start; every offer is labelled as an ad and requests are capped at G-rated, non-personalised content. Coins, gems, characters and other items are earned only by playing. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and may be reset if game data is lost (for example after uninstalling).

5. Google Play Games and the Top Scores board

  • Google Play Games is optional and only used for the online Top Scores board.
  • Your Play Games name and avatar may be shown next to your best score, as set by your Play Games profile.
  • You are responsible for the Google account you use. Play Games is also governed by Google’s own terms.
  • You can sign out of Play Games or delete its data for this Game in the Google Play Games settings.

6. Fair play

You agree not to cheat or interfere with the Game, including by using modified versions, bots, speed hacks, automated scripts, or by sending fake scores to the leaderboard. You also agree not to use an offensive or impersonating account name or photo. We may remove scores or entries, or block access to online features, if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.

7. Our content

The Game, its code, design, characters and original artwork belong to Nevronus Systems or its licensors. Some music, sound effects, fonts and art are used under open licences (such as CC0) from their respective creators; those licences remain with their owners.

8. Availability and changes

The core Game works offline. Online features depend on the internet and on third-party services (Google), and may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued at any time. We may update the Game and these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.

9. Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the Game will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that scores or progress will never be lost. Please take regular breaks and play in a safe place — do not play while walking or near hazards.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevronus Systems will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the Game. Because the Game is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero, except where the law does not allow such a limit. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

11. Ending use

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend online features for any player who breaks these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
