Single QR Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Single QR, a product of Nevronus Systems, handles data in its app and website (singleqr.nevronus.com). Contact: info@nevronus.com or support@nevronus.com.

1. Information we collect

  • Account: name, email and profile picture from Google Sign-In.
  • QR code content: destination links (e.g. your Play Store and App Store URLs), customisations (colours, styles, uploaded logos), creation dates and scan counts.
  • Usage: pages visited, features used and scan activity.
  • Technical: IP address, browser, device type, operating system and time zone.
  • Purchases: confirmation and status via RevenueCat and the app store. We never store card details.

2. How we use it

To manage your account, generate and display codes and redirection history, provide scan analytics, process purchases, secure the service, contact you about your account and meet legal obligations.

3. QR code expiry

Free codes are temporary and expire 30 days after creation, after which they may stop redirecting. Purchased codes are permanent until you delete them or your account.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with Firebase / Google Cloud (sign-in, storage, image hosting), RevenueCat (purchases), Google Play / Apple App Store (payments) and authorities where legally required.

5. Security

Encryption in transit and Firebase access controls. No system is completely secure.

6. Retention

Account data and QR history are kept while your account is active. After deletion your personal data and codes are removed, except records required for legal, tax or accounting purposes.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) you may access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent.

9. Children

Not directed at children under 13.

10. International transfers

Data may be processed outside your country, including the United States.

11. Changes

Material changes update the date above and may be announced in the service.
