Calorie Pal — Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your Calorie Pal account (published by Nevronus Systems) and all associated data at any time.
Delete in the app
- Open Calorie Pal.
- Go to Settings → Delete Account and confirm.
This removes your local profile, signs you out and deletes your associated cloud data in Firestore.
Delete by email
Email info@nevronus.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Calorie Pal account deletion”. We will complete it within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Profile, health and goal information.
- Food, weight and progress logs.
- On-device photos (on deletion or uninstall).
What may be kept
- Purchase records held by Google Play / RevenueCat.
- Limited records needed for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons, deleted or anonymised afterwards.
