Cattle Pal — Account & Data Deletion

Cattle Pal (by Nevronus Systems) lets you delete your account and personal data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email info@nevronus.com from the email address linked to your Google sign-in.
- Use the subject line “Cattle Pal account deletion”.
- We delete your identity and personal data within 7 days and confirm by email.
To remove data stored only on your phone (such as reminders), uninstall the app or go to Android Settings → Apps → Cattle Pal → Storage → Clear data.
What is deleted
- Your profile (name, email, account ID) and account-linked cloud data.
- Reminder data on the device when you uninstall or clear app data.
What may be kept
- Screening images that are stored without a link to your identity, in anonymised form, to improve our models.
- Purchase records required by law or by Google Play / RevenueCat.
- Backups, purged within 90 days.
