Cattle Pal Privacy Policy

Nevronus Systems operates the Cattle Pal app. This policy describes what we collect and how we use it. Contact: info@nevronus.com.
1. Information we collect
You provide: Google sign-in details (name, email, account ID); photos of cattle you submit for screening; reminder details (farm name, batch, medicine, dosage, schedule), which stay on your device.
Collected automatically: approximate location during screening (only with your permission); device model, OS, app version, language, installation ID; crash and diagnostic logs; in-app events; advertising identifiers.
Purchases: handled by Google Play via RevenueCat. We receive only your subscription status.
2. How we use it
To analyse images and produce screening reports; sign you in; deliver reminders; improve the app and our models; manage subscriptions; show ads to non-premium users; fix crashes and prevent abuse; and study disease patterns using approximate location.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers:
- Google Firebase — authentication, storage, analytics, crash reporting, notifications.
- Google AdMob & User Messaging Platform — ads and consent (non-premium users).
- RevenueCat & Google Play Billing — subscriptions.
- Cloudflare — hosting and processing of images.
We may disclose data where required by law or to protect safety.
4. Ads and analytics
Non-premium users see AdMob ads. In the EEA and UK we ask for consent before personalised ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings.
5. Retention
- Account data: while your account is active.
- After account deletion: identity data removed immediately (or within 7 days for email requests); backups purged within 90 days.
- Screening images: stored without a link to your identity and may be kept in anonymised form to improve models.
- Purchase records: as long as the law and the app store require.
6. Your choices
- Delete your account — see Account & Data Deletion.
- Permissions — camera, photos, location and notifications can be changed in device settings.
- Access & correction — email us for a copy or correction of your data.
7. Security
We use encrypted connections and access controls. No system is completely secure.
8. Children
Cattle Pal is intended for farmers and adults, not children under 13.
9. International processing
Our providers may process data in other countries; we handle it in line with this policy wherever it is processed.
10. Changes
We will update the “Last updated” date and may notify you in the app.
