Chart Pal — Account & Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Chart Pal account (published by Nevronus Systems) from inside the app.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Chart Pal and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Delete account and confirm.

This runs immediately, in this order:

  1. Deletes your Firestore documents (analyses, trades, watchlist, profile).
  2. Deletes your chart images from Cloudflare R2.
  3. Wipes the on-device database and settings.
  4. Deletes screenshots stored in the app’s documents folder.
  5. Deletes your Firebase Authentication user.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible — there is no grace period.

Can’t open the app?

Email info@nevronus.com from your account email with the subject “Chart Pal account deletion”. We will complete it within 30 days.

What is not removed

  • Purchase records held by Google Play or RevenueCat.
  • Content already sent to Google Gemini (governed by Google’s terms).
  • AdMob advertising data.
  • Analytics and Crashlytics data already collected — email us to request removal of your Analytics user ID.

Signing out (instead of deleting) wipes the local database on that device but keeps your cloud account.
