Chart Pal Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Chart Pal, published by Nevronus Systems.

1. Educational use only — not financial advice

Chart Pal’s analyses, signals, confidence scores, entry zones, summaries and AI chat are educational information generated automatically and may be wrong. They are not investment, financial, trading or tax advice. Trading crypto-assets carries a high risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 13 (16 where local law requires). Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Free tier, ads and Pro

Free users get one analysis per day and may unlock more by watching rewarded ads. Pro removes limits and ads and unlocks AI chat. Pro is billed through Google Play and renews automatically until cancelled in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play’s policies.

4. Third-party data

Prices, charts, news and indices come from third parties (CoinGecko, Binance, alternative.me, TradingView and news publishers) and may be delayed or inaccurate.

5. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, bypass limits, scrape it, or upload unlawful content or other people’s private information.

6. Intellectual property

The app and its content belong to Nevronus Systems. You own the screenshots and notes you add and allow us to process them as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nevronus Systems is not liable for trading losses or indirect damages.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Changes and law
