Poultry Pal — Account & Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your Poultry Pal account and associated data at any time. Poultry Pal is published by Nevronus Systems.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@nevronus.com from the email address linked to your Google sign-in.
2. Use the subject line “Poultry Pal Data Deletion Request”.
3. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

To remove data stored only on your phone, use the delete options in the app or go to Android Settings → Apps → Poultry Pal → Storage → Clear data.

What is deleted

• Your account profile (email, name, profile photo URL and account ID).
• Any cloud-synced records linked to your account.
• Diagnosis images linked to your account.

What may be kept

• Purchase records held by Google Play and RevenueCat, as required by law.
• Aggregated or anonymised analytics that no longer identify you.
• Backups, which are purged on their normal cycle (no more than 90 days).
