These terms govern your use of the Poultry Pal app published by Nevronus Systems. By using the app you agree to them.
1. Not veterinary advice
Poultry Pal provides preliminary, indicative detection of possible poultry diseases from images. It is not a diagnosis. Always consult a certified poultry veterinarian before making treatment decisions. Medicine information is for reference only; follow product labels and local regulations.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.
3. Subscriptions
Premium features are sold as subscriptions through Google Play. Payment, renewal and cancellation are handled by Google Play; manage them in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions. Refunds follow Google Play’s policies.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the AI models, or upload unlawful content or images of people.
5. Intellectual property
The app, models, content and branding belong to Nevronus Systems. You keep ownership of the photos you submit and grant us a licence to process them as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, Nevronus Systems is not liable for losses arising from decisions made using the app’s results, including livestock loss.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the app. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using the app at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
