Delete your Rainbow Runner data

Rainbow Runner has no accounts. You never sign up or create a login in the game, and we (Nevronus Systems) don’t keep any player data on our own servers. Game progress lives on your phone, and the optional Top Scores board is stored by Google Play Games. The steps below remove all of it.

1. Delete the data on your phone

1. Open your phone’s Settings › Apps › Rainbow Runner › Storage.
2. Tap Clear storage (or Clear data).

Uninstalling the game does the same. This deletes your best scores, coins, letters, unlocked animals, settings and the saved copy of the Top Scores list.

2. Delete your Top Scores (Google Play Games)

1. Open the Google Play Games app, or Google Play › your profile picture › Play Games.
2. Go to Settings › Delete Play Games account & data.
3. Under Delete individual game data, find Rainbow Runner and tap Delete.

This removes your Rainbow Runner scores and leaderboard entry from Google Play Games. Your Play Games profile for other games is kept. To remove the whole Play Games profile instead, use Delete Play Games account on the same screen.

Email info@nevronus.com with the subject “Rainbow Runner data deletion”. Include the Play Games name shown on the Top Scores board, if you used it. We will reply within 30 days and guide you through the deletion, since we hold no player data ourselves.
